You must have the legal capacity to enter an agreement and comply with laws applicable to your use. You are responsible for the material you submit, any permission needed to use it, and your final marketing decisions. Do not submit material you are not authorized to process, confidential credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
4. Account Registration and Access
Access is matched to the email used for your WarriorPlus purchase. Register or sign in with that same email and complete verification when required. Features depend on recorded purchases and applicable access status. Keep account details accurate and protect your credentials. Do not share access, bypass purchase checks or use another person's account.
5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
Use the purchased features to research offers and prepare lawful, truthful marketing material. Independently review generated content before publishing and include disclosures when required.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Rights in the platform, branding and protected software materials remain with their respective rights holders. Submitting material does not transfer ownership of third-party material to you or to OfferSpy AI. Agency access does not grant software resale, white-label, rebranding, reseller rights or client logins to OfferSpy AI. Branding supported in client reports is not a license to rebrand the software. No source-code or private knowledge-file rights are transferred.

9. Payments, Purchases, and Refunds
